"One of my favorite things is that it is chunked into different workouts ranging from 12-30 minutes each. The reason I like that so much is that if it's late in the day and I haven't exercised at all, I can pull up one of the workouts, knowing that I'm not committing to a full hour, and do at least something rather than nothing. Or if I'm feeling good and have time, I can link multiple workouts together and tailor them to what I've done the rest of the week. For example, if I lifted the day before, I can pick a more cardio geared workout or two, or do one cardio video and one mobility video to help my body recover.
